Uplift founder, trainer, and community builder

Chase’s journey with fitness began as a way to manage anxiety and depression—and quickly became a passion. After leaving the finance world in 2021, he founded Uplift to create a space that nurtures mental health, physical health, and community all at once.

He believes every workout should be personal, purposeful, and fun, no matter your fitness level. Chase is here to guide, motivate, and welcome everyone who walks through the door.
