Fitness has always been about more than the physical for us. When Uplift was founded, mental health was at the centre of it — a lived experience with anxiety and depression that showed just how powerful movement can be as a tool for managing both. That belief is built into everything we do here.
Five percent of all Uplift proceeds go directly toward local mental health and suicide prevention organizations, because we know that showing up for your body and showing up for your mind aren't separate things. When you train at Uplift, you're part of a community that gives back — one that believes it's okay not to feel okay, and that no one should have to navigate that alone.
